Air source heat-pump installation: price and contents

The basic installation price includes:

• installation of the indoor and outdoor units
• one penetration through a wooden wall
• up to 5 metres of surface-mounted refrigerant piping, connections and accessories
• refrigerant-pipe casing in white or brown
• electrical connection, including a safety switch and up to 5 metres of electrical cabling
• wall bracket for the outdoor unit
• commissioning and user guidance
• installation report

Additional work and materials

Site-specific additional work and materials are charged separately:

• refrigerant piping beyond 5 metres: €45.00/m
• electrical cabling beyond 5 metres: €9.00/m
• electrical supply from the distribution board: €300.00
• separately agreed additional work: €93.00/h
• additional penetration through a brick or tiled wall: €70.00 each
• diamond drilling through a concrete element: €300.00–350.00 per penetration, depending on height
• work above 4 metres: from €95.00
• platform ladder for a high indoor-unit installation: €55.00
• ground stand for the outdoor unit: €75.00 each; the customer provides the supporting slabs
• protective enclosure for the outdoor unit: €280.00

All prices include 24% VAT.
