Delivery Methods and Costs

You will see the delivery costs for your order after you have selected a payment and delivery method. We deliver orders as tracked (e.g., postal parcels) or untracked shipments; tracked shipments can be followed using a tracking ID. Below are our main delivery methods.   • Posti parcels to a pickup point of your choice (0–20 kg): €5.90

    • Delivery time: 2–5 business days

  • Posti home delivery (0–20 kg): €24.90

    • Delivery time: 2–5 days

  • Posti home delivery (50–75 kg): €49.99

  • Posti home delivery (over 75 kg): €150.00

Delivery Time

The normal delivery time is 2–5 business days. If the delivery time differs from this, we aim to indicate it in the product information.

Delivery time estimates are based on Maxei Finland Oy's stock situation and order time estimates provided by importers. Maxei Finland Oy is not responsible for delays caused by unforeseeable external changes or for indirect damages caused by delays, but is obliged to inform the customer of these as soon as possible.
