Prices

Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) acts as the implementer of the payment brokerage service and the payment service provider in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Oyj appears as the payee on the bank statement or card invoice and forwards the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj holds a payment institution license. In cases of reclamation, we ask that you contact the product supplier primarily.

Delivery
Orders are posted on business days. The delivery time for products supplied from stock is usually 3–5 business days. If the products to be delivered are special order products, the delivery time is usually 1–3 weeks. Delivery costs are determined by the selected delivery method, possible additional services, and the weight and size of the order. You will see the delivery costs in the online store's checkout function before the final acceptance of the order. If a product has been lost or damaged during delivery, this must be reported to the online store immediately, but no later than within 14 days. Packages damaged in delivery must be reported immediately to the company responsible for the delivery.
