Right of Withdrawal and Return Terms

If you are a consumer, you have the right under the Finnish Consumer Protection Act to cancel your order by notifying us no later than 14 days after receipt of the goods or the last batch of goods, or, in the case of regular delivery of goods, after receipt of the first batch.

The notification of cancellation must be made clearly, for example, using our cancellation form, by email to the address below, or via a written notice sent along with the returned goods.

The right of withdrawal applies only to unused and resaleable products in their original packaging. Returned products must be carefully packed for return shipment. If a returned product has been used in violation of the buyer's statutory duty of care, the company has the right to charge for the reduction in value up to the full price of the product, including return costs.

If the purchase is cancelled, the goods must be returned without delay and no later than 14 days after the cancellation notice was made. The returner must prove, if necessary, that the goods were returned within the time limit, for example, with a return receipt. The returner is responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods. These costs will not be refunded to the returner.

We will accordingly refund the money you paid for the order without delay, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act.

Inspection of Shipment, Defects, and Problem Situations

Please inspect the delivery immediately upon receipt. If a product has been lost or damaged during transport, does not match your order, or is defective, please notify our Customer Service as soon as possible and no later than within 14 days, so that we can agree on how to correct the error. In consumer sales, we comply with the mandatory provisions of the Consumer Protection Act regarding liability for defects.
